Description

High-Performance Laser Marking for Automated Production Lines

The Fiber Laser PRO+ is a powerful and fully integrable industrial laser marking machine designed to meet the high demands of automated production lines and industrial systems. Equipped with a high-speed MOPA fiber laser source available in 30W, 50W, or 100W, it delivers precise, permanent, and high-contrast markings on a wide range of parts and materials.

Its modular and robust construction includes a rack-mounted control unit with integrated status indicators, enabling reliable operation in continuous industrial environments. The PRO+ integrates easily with PLCs and MES systems thanks to LAN/Ethernet connectivity and support for TCP/IP and Profinet protocols. In addition, the internal memory and processor allow for stand-alone operation without a PC, ensuring autonomous marking even in the most demanding environments.

With the intuitive Datasoft software included, users can design complex marking layouts—including logos, serial numbers, barcodes, datamatrix, and variable data—with ease. This makes it a perfect solution for a wide variety of applications in industries requiring high traceability and productivity.

Main Advantages

  • High-speed and high-precision laser marking for continuous production workflows.
  • MOPA fiber laser technology for superior quality on metals, plastics, and alloys.
  • Modular, compact design with rack-mounted industrial controller.
  • Advanced integration capabilities with support for LAN, TCP/IP, Profinet.
  • Stand-alone operation with internal memory and remote control options.
  • Datasoft software included for easy creation of serials, codes, logos, and more.
  • Efficient and low-maintenance operation with no consumables required.
